# The Canary Reborn NFT

## Overview

Reborn NFTs will play a big role in the Canary Reborn ecosystem, as they will allow users to participate in DAO votes, offer rewards for voting and offer a generous boost to $CRB staking rewards (if the Canary Reborn NFT is charged!)

The Canary Reborn NFT is available for purchase only on secondary marketplaces like Sparkles

## Snapshot

A total of seven snapshots for holders of the seven CanaryX Founder NFTs were taken on 13 December 2023 between 22:45-23:00 UTC.&#x20;

## Mint

2027 Canary Reborn NFTs using this artwork were minted on 28 December 2023 which also included a reward of 1 extra NFT for each holder of a full set of CanaryX NFTs, honouring the promise of a boost for full set holders.

## Airdrop

Holders of CanaryX Founder NFTs were airdropped The Canary Reborn NFT on 31 December 2023.&#x20;

We can't be sure on exact numbers, but many of these NFTs will have been airdropped to inactive wallets so "active supply" is significantly lower than 2027.
