# Reborn NFT Collection

The Reborn NFT collection on Flare can only be farmed and provides the following benefits: 

* Each NFT (up to a maximum of 15\*) provides a staking boost, significantly increasing the APY.
* Governs the DAO smart contracts, directly deciding on the future of Canary Reborn and allocation of funds.

In order to unlock the staking boost, a small amount of FRB has to be paid on a recurring basis as a fee in order to charge the NFT. This rewards active participants, as the bonus to harvesting far outweighs the cost.&#x20;

This directly creates demand for FRB and is the sole income of the DAO contributors to pay for operational costs to keep the platform running.
